Please read and understand these questions before signing up for  CTKS® Method Certification or the CTKS® Method Service. They contain many helpful answers.

I paid for Level 2 but did not do Level 1 certification, what happens?

You must do Level 1 CTKS® Method Certification before undertaking Level 2. 

There is no refund for Level 2 certification as it is a precondition that you have already completed Level 1 Certification. 

Level 2 Certification follows Level 1. Pay for Level 1; Level 2 will await you when you complete Level 1.

Do I get a Certificate of Completion when I finish?

Yes, you do.  This is ideal for adding to your resume to show your enhanced professional skills.

I don't have any experience in trading or investing. Can I study in the CTKS® Method Certification?

Absolutely!  The course materials assume no experience.  All you need is the willingness to learn your new skills.  You must do Level 1 CTKS® Method Certification before undertaking Level 2.  Note there is no refund for Level 2 certification as it is a precondition that you have already completed Level 1 Certification.

How long do I have to access the CTKS® Method Certification?

Level 1 and Level 2 CTKS® Method Standards Certification are self-contained and not updated.  You will have continued access to these programs.  Updates will be made available through new courses.

How long does it take to do the CTKS® Method Certification?

Learning is self-paced and you're not under any time pressure to finish.  Go slow to go fast is the key to all learning, be active in the comments and seek to support others as well.  There is a thriving comments section under each video.

What setup do I require to access the CTKS® Method Certification?

You'll need a device to access the Internet with TradingView and be able to run full high-definition videos.  All done!

Is the CTKS® Method Certification/Service payable in USD?

Yes correct, all prices are denominated in United States Dollars (USD)

Do I get a shared URL copy of charts (including the Object Tree Contents of folders and lines) used to form CTKS® Method Service?

No. Anyone who has applied the CTKS® Method knows it takes time, effort, energy, and precise skill to mark up charts.  Also, all chart line periods need to be audited and updated each month, or more.  Hence, the Object Tree contents (folders and lines) of the charts are not shared - the levels are.  Tier 1 charts are discussed by video as well.  Marking up charts is time-consuming, and the costs associated with the Service are high.  Providing the Object Tree folder contents would mean that the service would become non-viable.  This is another reason why Object Tree contents folders and lines are, understandably, not released.

Can I pay for the CTKS® Certification monthly?

Unfortunately, we do not offer certification courses monthly.

Can I pay the course with crypto?

We do not currently accept crypto payments

The CTKS® Masterclass sounds awesome, where can I find out more?

I cancelled my Foundation Membership can I get it back?

No you cannot.  If you cancel the monthly subscription to the CTKS® Method Service as a Foundation Member, that membership privilege is lost forever.  You will need to re-enter at the current monthly subscription price.  Cancellation means losing access to any Service-only custom indicators from your cancellation date.

What is your refund policy?

Please note no refunds are available in level 1 CTKS® Method Certification after you have either progressed beyond Section A, or 7 days have passed, whichever comes first.   If you are eligible for a refund email  ctksmethod@gmail.com and your payment method will be reversed/refunded less associated fees and charges as per the Terms of Service.   

No refunds are available in Level 2 CTKS® Method Certification. 

If you cancel a Foundation Membership to the CTKS® Method Service, you will lose that exclusive Foundation Member status when prices increase (you will need to pay the current monthly price).

You can cancel your subscription to the CTKS® Method Service at any time (we cannot cancel it for you or pause subscriptions). There are no pro-rata refunds, and you can continue to enjoy the service until your anniversary date when the subscription will automatically expire. You can cancel any services through your account settings.
